Open All External And Internal Links in New Tab in Blogger

Hyperlinks are considered either "external" or "internal" depending on their target or destination. Generally, a link to a page outside the same domain or website is considered external, whereas one that points at another section of the same webpage or to another page of the same website or domain is considered internal link.

Steps to Open all External And Internal Links in New Tab:

  1. Backup your template before editing (Optional)
  2. Go to your blogger dashboard  > Template > Edit HTML 
  3. Press Ctrl + F to find <head> tag
  4. Add the following piece of code just below the <head> tag 
  5. <base target='_blank'/>
  6. Save your Template, you are all done.

Now whenever you click on any links on your blog, it will take you to the same resource in the new tab and your current tab will remain open until you'll close it by yourself.
